Nursery under construction

Ok, here is a crappy cell-phone video of the nursery under construction.  I don't think it will win any cinematography awards...  And yes, I am a little out of breath because I had just walked up and down the stairs twice.  My lungs are being smooshed by the baby, so it doesn't take much these days.

Forgot to mention in the video that there will be a blue wool rug on the floor- it needs to go to be cleaned first. The room is a bit echo-y at the moment, but the rug will fix that.

More blizzards

Another blizzard warning today. Not that much snow, but very windy.

Had a few visitors this morning- the chickens hid from them and Abby was quite alert.

Still working on the nursery, not quite ready to share pics yet, but soon.

Wind!

It's been a very cold, windy winter. Last week's storm caused a bit of damage.

These pics don't have anything to do with the baby, but thought you'd want to see them anyway.

Our tractor shed is in pieces, our sign at work suffered a bit and there is a picture of our road. If you look carefully you can see the tree on the line. Power was out about 12 hours.
